This comedy promises an evening of non-stop laughter as it takes the stage at the Mingus Union High School Auditorium located at 1801 E. Fir St. in Cottonwood, AZ from April 20th through the 28th.

This eagerly anticipated production promises to deliver Shakespeare's comedic genius in a fresh and vibrant interpretation as it is set in 1970’s Greece. In Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, the story revolves around two sets of identical twins, separated at birth: Antipholus of Syracuse and his servant, Dromio, as well as Antipholus of Ephesus and his servant, Dromio. Antipholus of Syracuse arrives in Ephesus with his servant, Dromio, searching for his long-lost twin brother. Mistaken identities ensue when the residents of Ephesus confuse the two sets of twins, leading to a series of hilarious misunderstandings and misadventures. Antipholus of Syracuse finds himself unwittingly caught up in the lives of his brother's family, while his twin brother, Antipholus of Ephesus, faces perplexing encounters due to the presence of his doppelgänger. The chaos escalates as the twins' wives, servants, and friends become entangled in the confusion, culminating in a riotous climax of mistaken identity, reconciliation, and comedic resolution. The Comedy of Errors is a farce that explores themes of mistaken identity, familial bonds, and the absurdity of human folly.
